Brownies in Bulk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 300 grams (8 ounces) bittersweet chocolate
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Butter a 9 x 13" pan.
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler..
- Whisk eggs in a bowl. Whisk in salt, sugars and vanilla.
- Stir in chocolate-butter mixture. Fold in flour.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake till top has a shiny crust, about 45 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack before cutting.
